Growing Practices : Soil work, green harvesting (de-suckering, leaf thinning, bunch distribition) reasoned culture regarding chemical intervention and fertilizer enrichment.
Harvest : Mechanical with fully integrated sorting system then second sorting at reception bay with air-jet system.
Vinification : The wine is brought in and from above is transferred into small cement tanks that are fully equipped with temperature control. The extraction is undertaken in a traditional manner with pumping over. After the post-fermentation maceration, the wine is run-off.
Ageing : Following the Malo-lactic fermentations, the wine is aged in barrels of one or two wines. The barrel ageing will last from between 12 and 14 months.
Food and wine pairings : This wine will perfectly accompany cold cuts, red or white meat, barbecued meats or cheese.
